Best Negotiating Practices: Advanced Negotiation Training
Good negotiators get what they want – more quickly, more easily, with fewer resources, and more often. Masterful negotiators do more: they successfully influence from a position of less power and inferior market advantage. Our Advanced Negotiation Training develops the master negotiators in your group. We design these specialized courses to raise the bar for your sharpest negotiators.

Best Negotiating Practices: Bargaining with Emotional Intelligence
Organizations whose employees have high Emotional Intelligence, or EQ (Emotional Quotient), out-perform those that don’t by 15 to 20 percent. A well-developed EQ enables the negotiator to minimize unproductive emotional reactions, turn disagreement into productive problem-solving dialogue, demonstrate resilience when set-backs occur, and motivate oneself and others during negotiation.

Our Bargaining with Emotional Intelligence workshops vary from half-day sessions to self study regimens, designed to match the readiness of your players and the extent of your investment. Your negotiators will learn to develop their own EQ and to:

Assess the EQ competence of your counterpart in negotiations
Set the stage for a win-win outcome
Learn negotiation strategies for dealing with the low EQ counterpart
Recover from attacks and get back on top in the negotiation, and
Set up a high EQ negotiation team

Speeches
We focus on the power of negotiating as the driver of 21st century decision making. Our speeches and our speakers are engaging and practical. The audience is asked: "Why Negotiate?"

With a mix of truth, philosophy and anecdotes, even the most resistant embrace negotiating. Speeches are tailored to your industry or sector for keynotes, general sessions and break-out or concurrent sessions, and address the negotiation challenges faced by your audience. We entertain the audience with stories about hard lessons learned and the potential for greater success in their negotiations. We leave the audience inspired to negotiate.
